Quor support
Help with your medicines, reminders, and settings.
Support requests are public GitHub Issues and require a GitHub account. Do not post prescription labels, medicine lists, health history, or personal contact details. Describe the app problem without private medical information.
Reminders aren’t appearing
Open the medicine and check its daily times, treatment dates, and reminder type. In iPhone Settings, allow Quor notifications or alarms. System alarms require permission on a physical iPhone. You can test alarms in Quor’s Settings → Alarms & reminders.
Scanning a label
Use a clear, well-lit photo with the label facing the camera. Review every field before saving. If a field is missing or incorrect, type the details from your label. Manual entry is always available.
Widgets
Touch and hold your Home Screen, choose Edit → Add Widget, and search for Quor. Widgets use saved medicines rather than demo data. iOS manages refresh timing.
Colors and appearance
In Quor Settings, choose App style to change the palette or App icon to change the icon independently. Theme offers Light, Dark, or System.
Remove saved information
Delete medicines from their details screen. Dose history is retained until you remove entries using Undo in History. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading preserves it. Backups may retain copies according to your device settings.
Medication questions
Quor records your routine and does not recommend treatment, calculate doses, or check interactions. For medical questions or missed doses, follow your label or contact a pharmacist or clinician.
